Certified Appraisers Guild of America (CAGA) is a part of the renowned Missouri Auction School; a professional accrediting organization providing training and certification of personal property appraisals. CAGA appraisers are required to conform to the Guild of America code of ethics.

According to your needs, Pine Grove offers two methods of appraisal.
Written (flat fee) – complete and accurate report, signed and dated, with a description of the personal property with photos, and a value for the property appraised substantiated by the report analysis.
Verbal (hourly fee) – ideal for home sellers when buyers are interested in purchasing furnishings, or to value and sort belongings with a client as they divide estate possessions to family members.
